LG-  G2 Stuck on Fastboot Mode [Fix]

So, You bricked your LG-G2, now STUCK IN FASTBOOT MODE or in a boot loop or phone not passing LG logo and there's that little light on the top which is just changing its colors and not actually doing anything.

Situation we are dealing right now looks like this,

Here's how to deal such situation,

First of all, it happened just because the Custom ROM which you tried flashing on your phone wasn't actually your phone's ROM,(e.g Model difference, like flashing LS-980 ROM on D-802) secondly it might be the reason that you were installing a custom recovery from a third-party app and it didn't installed properly and left you in between of nowhere. You have no Download Mode no Recovery mode.

Note: I won't be responsible for any damages you make to your phone, So be careful while following steps, Thanks.

Step 1:

Download and install LG G2 Drivers From  Here.

Download and install LG G2 PC Suite From Here

Download and Install adb Setup From Here.

Step 2:

Now, go to Codefi, and find a partition for your phone, Note: Don't flash wrong partitions as it may hard brick your phone.

Step 3:

Now, the partitions which you downloaded earlier from Codefi, Place them to the adb folder it would be in C:/ Drive, So it gets easy to flash all these files.

Partitions files would be, 

fastboot flash boot boot.img

fastboot flash aboot aboot.img

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

fastboot flash laf laf.img

fastboot reboot

Note: If files don't have .img extension all you need to do is, right-click, rename and save as .img, Here we go.

You must see a disk logo with the file now, as if not previously.

Step 3:

Now, Go to C:\adb or where your location of adb is.

Get your phone in fastboot mode if it isn't.

Here are steps:

1. Turn off your LG device;
2. Connect your USB cable to your computer, but not your phone.
3. Press and hold the Power and Volume Up keys simultaneously. Hold for about 5 to 8 seconds. Now connect the other end of the USB cable to your phone;
4. Here we go!

Inside adb make sure all of these .img files are present which you downloaded from Codefi and converted to .img.

1. Hold Shift and right-click, "Open Command Window Here"

2. Make sure your phone is connected and is in fastboot mode, and detected by PC.

3. Now enter the following commands:

fastboot flash boot boot.img

fastboot flash aboot aboot.img

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

fastboot flash laf laf.img

fastboot flash dbi dbi.img

fastboot flash modem modem.img

fastboot flash persist persist.img

fastboot flash PrimaryGPT PrimaryGPT.img

fastboot flash rpm rpm.img

fastboot flash stl1 stl1.img

fastboot flash tz tz.img

fastboot reboot

Now, That we have got our download and recovery mode back. Just download LG Flash Tools From Here.

Download appropriate .KDZ for your phone (D802,D803,LS-980, VS980, D-800 have different .KDZ's) Appropriate, Not other model's. Flashing wrong .KDZ may brick again. So be careful.

Step 1:

Go to Download Mode,

1. Power Off Phone.

2. Hold Vol Up + Power

3. Connect to pc

4. Open LG Flash Tool

5.Keep everything as it is.

6. Select your .KDZ downloaded

7. Normal flash means if you don't want to lose your data and flash, CSE flash means a fresh format and flash. 

8. Now select your choice, A new windows appears click start and just wait until it gets 100%.
